    This Return Policy applies to all wholesale, OEM, ODM, and private-label orders placed with Haodi (Shandong) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Company”). By placing an order, the buyer (“Client”) agrees to the terms set forth below.

    1. All Sales Final & Quality Exceptions Due to the custom-manufactured, laboratory-certified nature of our OEM, ODM, and private-label food supplements, all bulk commercial sales are final, and standard returns or exchanges are not accepted.

    Exceptions are made exclusively for quality non-conformance under the following conditions:

    • Products are confirmed by laboratory testing to be defective or do not conform to the agreed product specifications outlined in the contract.

    • Products were physically damaged during transit prior to Client custody.

    • A written quality claim is submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. (Note: 7 days is quite short for international ocean freight customs clearance; 14 days gives your international clients fair time to inspect pallets while keeping your liability limited).

    2. Quality Claim & RMA Process

    • Submit a written claim to info@haodibio.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and an official laboratory analysis or photographic/video evidence.

    • Our Quality Assurance (QA) team will review the claim and respond within 5 business days.

    • If the claim is validated, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. No goods may be shipped back to our facility without prior RMA authorization.

    3. Resolutions & Remedies Upon verification of a valid quality claim, the Company will process one of the following remedies at its sole discretion:

    • A replacement manufacturing shipment of conforming goods.

    • A commercial credit memo applicable to future manufacturing orders.

    • A full or partial refund to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

    4. Order Cancellations Cancellations must be submitted in writing before production begins. Once raw material sourcing or production has commenced, cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the total order value to cover dedicated material, laboratory setup, and labor costs.

    5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law Disputes arising from this policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
